Welcome to your Poool Dashboard! 🎉

From the very start of your onboarding, access to the Poool application is created by our teams. You will receive a login email to activate your account.

Depending on the product you chose, you will discover Poool Access and/or Poool Engage.

Below, we detail some key information about the general configurations of your applications.

Manage your profile information

At the top of your Dashboard, in the My account section, you can manage your profile information.

Languages

The Dashboard is available in three languages: French, English, and Spanish!

Display mode

Two modes are available, depending on your preference: light mode or dark mode.

Profile information

Email, password, and two-factor authentication ensure a secure login.

Application information

In the Settings section, you will find information related to your application.

Here you can:

• Edit the name of your app if you wish
• Choose the default language → this is the language that will be used by default in your journeys / elements. Currently, you can choose between French and English.

For your technical team, you can also retrieve the App ID, which will be used to initialize the Poool script.

Once these settings are completed, you can start configuring Poool Access and/or Poool Engage.

If needed, you can also grant access to other members of your team.
