Pool Access – How do I generate a data export?

If you use the Newsletter and/or Survey widgets, you can retrieve the collected information from your Poool Dashboard.

Data is collected only for these two types of widgets. For forms, no data is stored on the Poool side, so you must implement your own data retrieval logic.

Data export

In the Export tab of your Access Dashboard, click on :

You can choose which data to collect, in one of three available formats (JSON, CSV, Excel):

Processed answers (Survey widget)
Newsletter sign-ups

Once your options are selected, a file is generated and available for download.
